The American micro amusement park company with globally unique, proprietary entertainment (100+attractions), including Arcade & VR, in a flagship location downtown Los Angeles and with a strong long-term expansion plan across other US states is looking for investors interested in the following opportunities:
1) Licensing or
2) Investment (Equity Partnership).
Option #1:
Looking for an EQUITY partner for 10% at $5M, partner buyout.
Option #2:
10 YEAR LICENSE – Preferred $10 Milllion license + 7.5% GROSS games included for (1) one location. Each additional location $2.5M for the games.
Option #3:
3 YEAR LICENSE – $5.5 Million Ask for 3 year license + 7.5% of GROSS games included for (1) one location. Each additional location $2.5M for the games.
