Key Highlights:
1. Contract: 5-year deal for 99.9999% pure Nano copper, starting at 500kg/month, up to 2,000+ kg.
2. Financing: Seeking ~$90M for initial 500kg purchase. Profits split 50/50 with Investor.
3. Market: Targeting Sovereign Governments and select Fortune 500 companies in medical/aerospace.
4. Delivery/Payment: CIF delivery, payments via MT103.
